New Features & Requested Features
1. Added Multi-Select List View Filter for All Columns
Description: Users can now select multiple items in the list view for any column with a search option for bulk operations, improving efficiency and reducing repetitive tasks.
(RIGHT CLICK ON ANY COLUMN FILTER TO ENABLE THE OPTION)
Available in: Sales Enquiry, Purchase Enquiry, Cashbook, Stock Adjustment, Item Enquiry.
Usage Tips:
- Right-click on any column filter to bring the filter option.
- Search quickly by typing in the search bar.
- Select multiple entries using the checkboxes and apply the filter.
2. Increased Width of Item Selection Dropdown
Description: The item selection dropdown is now wider for easier selection and better visibility of lengthy item names.
Examples:
- Sales Enquiry forms now show the full item names while selecting.
- Purchase Enquiry and Transfer Enquiry forms share the same enhancement.
3. Increased Item Name Column Size
Description: The Item Name column in sales forms now auto-expands to show longer names clearly. When the window is maximized, the additional width is dedicated to the Item Name column while the rest of the layout stays compact.
Benefits:
- Less horizontal scrolling to inspect long product names.
- Column width responds to the browser window, focusing the extra space on the Item Name field.
4. New Feature: Multiple Theme Options
Choose from five distinct visual themes to match your workspace mood and lighting:
- Original: Classic Flash eSolutions colors.
- Gray: Neutral palette for low distraction.
- Blue: Cool tone for focused workflows.
- Wood: Warm, textured finish inspired by wood grain.
- Dark: Optimized for night use and minimal glare.
Each theme adjusts background textures, typography accents, and panel colors to give you a personalized interface.
5. New Right-Click Options in Cashbook: Print & Details
Description: Two quick actions are now available when you right-click inside the Cashbook grid:
- Print: Generates a printable snapshot of the currently filtered grid view for fast handovers or record keeping.
- Details: Opens an audit panel showing who created the entry, who last updated it, and the exact timestamp.
Benefit: Improves accountability and speeds up reporting with zero navigation away from the Cashbook screen.

3. Sales History Window (F11)
The Sales History pop-up (shortcut F11) that users love inside the Sales form is now available from Item Enquiry too.
4. Enhanced Clarity for Cancelled Invoices
Cancelled invoices now display a clear visual treatment so users can spot them instantly in grids and reports.
5. Copy Between Sales & Transfer Forms
- Seamless Data Transfer: Copy a sales details into a transfer form (and vice versa) to avoid retyping line items, costs.
- Improved Accuracy: Minimizes transpose errors when recreating a document for warehouse or branch transfers.
- Quick Re-entry: Duplicate an existing sale to spin up a new invoice with the same items and quantities in seconds.
6. Account Filters in Receipt & Payment
- Improved Visibility: Show only permitted account types (e.g., banks, cash, expenses) on receipt and payment screens.
- Streamlined Selection: Fewer choices mean faster data entry and less scrolling.
- Enhanced Accuracy: Restrict a voucher to the correct account list to prevent mispostings.
7. Safeguard Margins When Net < Cost
- Prevents Losses: Block completion of a sale if discounts push the net amount below cost unless an override is approved.
- Immediate Warnings: Pops up an alert showing cost vs. net profit impact before the invoice is saved.
- Controls Discount Misuse: Prevents abuse of the discount feature, ensuring discounts are applied within acceptable limits.

1. Sales Commission Option
Description: Add a commission amount to any sales invoice. When saved, the system automatically records a linked expense entry inside the Cashbook referencing that invoice number.
- See the commission paid per invoice without running separate worksheets.
- Use Cashbook filters to total commissions for custom date ranges.
- Keep an audit trail that shows who logged/updated each commission and when.
2. Running Balance in Item Enquiry
Description: The Item Enquiry report now shows a running stock balance column. Each movement (purchase, sale, adjustment) adjusts the balance so you can see stock levels at every step.
- Immediately understand whether a stock-out occurred after a specific transaction.
- Cross-check stock corrections without exporting to spreadsheets.
3. Flexible Item Name Entry (Case Options)
Description: When creating or editing an item, you can type the name in lowercase, uppercase, proper case, or mixed case—exactly as you want it stored. The system now preserves your chosen format instead of auto-converting.
- Item search works across all case styles so staff can find products regardless of how they type.
4. Show Profit in Cashbook (Sales & Receipts)
Description: Cashbook views for Sales and Receipt entries can now display the profit column inline, letting you see margin per entry without opening separate profit/loss reports.
- Ideal for quick reviews before approving cash settlements.
- Helps branch managers validate that receipts match expected margins.
